Living in Subiaco wasn’t on the radar for Brie Mercer until her mother-in-law mentioned how much she loved the suburb.
“We were initially looking to buy in South Perth or Como, but when we saw the house and the location we fell in love with it instantly,” explains Mercer. “It’s walking distance to a wine bar, bakery, and Adam’s mum is just around the corner.”
