Baby boomers have a strong work ethic but refuse to embrace new technology and are spoilt, while Gen Zs are seen as highly digital but are lazy and lack people skills.

These are just some of the generational stereotypes that James Curtis, chief executive of Perth advisory firm Element, reckons will continue to be prevalent in workplace culture until communication between different age demographics improves.
